However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, size, texture, and finish are to be expected and do not qualify as defects.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item has a significant manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.
  • Items returned after the 3-day window.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • If your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 4–5 business days.
  • Refunds will not include any shipping charges paid unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider as it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
